it also takes 920 gallons of water to make a gallon of almond milk. most almonds are grown in California. still not super enviornmentally friendly.

Do a review on "forks over knives". It's also on Netflix. It focuses more on the health aspects of eating a plant-based diet. It was a super informative movie. Definitely not boring.

That's what got my mind too, is that we could feed everyone by reducing the amount of meat that is created, and using that grain to feed those in need. They are afraid to do this b/c it will increase the population of human beings, and they justify the 40,000 children that die a day with "population control". Everything is about population control for those that own the GMO and meat industry, including meat raised of gmos being a HUGE contributor to cancer. Its bigger then just being unhealthy for just being meat, they are being poisoned and the people that eat are as well. Truth!!!

I think the combination of Cowspiracy and Forks Over Knives are the perfect combination for those who are open minded to a dietary change. Facts, easy to watch and entertaining with an uplifting message. For most people, they have to dip their toe in slowly. Earthlings and those type of films can be hard for some people, I know I'll never get through it and I don't need to.
