Overall a 5 star video – but! 2:46 – picture choice FAIL. Scientology never helped anyone.

  2. Thrashaero Says:

that chick at the ballot box is smokin hot btw.

  3. Thrashaero Says:

the foundation of morality as we know it is because of evolution. without our social rules, we would not be the species we are today. the only reason morality seems the ‘best’ or ‘necessary’ way is because our species is a product of it’s usage. for other animals, different rules apply. think of it like ‘good’ food to a dung beetle is dung. to us that’s nasty, but the beetle evolved to find it good. regardless of species, with our level of thought dynamic, it will think it’s ‘divine’ reason.

  4. hoodmilk Says:

I think if it was in a lions nature to kill it’s own kind the species wouldn’t make it very far. FAIL. LMAO.
“There is no definite right and wrong. There is human opinion on right and wrong but that’s it.” That’s right. That’s what i’ve been trying to tell you. See you’re not stupid. I knew you could get it eventually.

  5. RSstupidrules Says:

It isn’t about perception… There is no definite right and wrong. There is human opinion on right and wrong but that’s it. Here’s a better analogy; If a lion kills a lion cub, not to eat it but to show dominance over the group, is that immoral?

  6. hoodmilk Says:

Our perception of right an wrong will not change. LOL. It’s not that hard to understand. Your analogy wasn’t a very good one. The lion kills the gazelle for the same reason we kill cows. With or without god most DON’T consider that “Wrong” unless they’re vegan. So how about you use a better analogy? One that actually helps your argument instead of making you look even crazier.

  7. RSstupidrules Says:

It’s not that I cant imagine morals without God, it’s the fact that there are no morals. There is no right and wrong if we are just animals. It’s not hard to fucking understand. If a lino kills a gazelle is it immoral? No it’s not.

  8. hoodmilk Says:

HEY! I thought I told you to stop capitalizing the g in god. “God” is not your god’s name. Learn your god’s name you kook. Yours in not the only religion or the only god.

  10. hoodmilk Says:

The only right and wrong exists in your mind. “right and wrong” are subjective. You’re right if your god is real he has no “moral obligation” but he’s kind of a hypocrite. LOL Seriously there is no other way to put it. I also stand by my claim that an all loving, all good, and all knowing being would never commit the meaningless acts of evil that your god has. He’s truly despicable character indeed.

  11. RSstupidrules Says:

It’s not a point of view… It’s a fact. If we are all just animals, there is no right and wrong. There is nothing to govern what is right and what is wrong. The only moral obligations (that is, right and wrong) are put in as rules, for us humans, by God. Gpd doesn’t have any moral obligations, because the only moral obligations are the ones he gave to humans. It’s not difficult to understand. it’s not a point of view it’s just common knowledge

  12. hoodmilk Says:

    ????? LMAO

  13. hoodmilk Says:

I find your point of view very disturbing, and a perfect example of what religion does to the non thinking mind. So you agree that because your imaginary friend is very powerful, and no one can reprimand him for his actions then it’s okay. Basically don’t question god because you’re weaker than him. Really in what context is it right to “Slay utterly old and young, both maids and little children” – Ezekiel 9:6

  14. hoodmilk Says:

You keep saying “listening.” LMAO. How can I listen to something you typed? Once again just because you can’t imagine a world with right and wrong without a god doesn’t make it impossible. Just by asserting something over and over again like you have brain damage doesn’t make it more true. Why do you capitalize the g in god? Is that your god’s name? No it’s not so knock it off. As if your god is the only one. What is considered right, and wrong is subjective.

  15. RSstupidrules Says:

No, There is NO right and wrong without God. Morals are merely made up by humans. It’s not hard to understand…. If we are merely animals then there are no moral right and wrongs. And do you have trouble listening? First of all, God never did anything evil. Whenever he killed anyone in the Old Testament, he did it rightfully. Not like it matters, because even if he didn’t do it rightfully, he has no moral obligations. The only moral obligations are on humans which he chose…

  16. hoodmilk Says:

Your making an assertion that you can’t back up though. Just, because you can’t imagine morals without god doesn’t make it impossible. Oh, and Like I said but you don’t seem to get. If your god is all good why does he do things that he himself says are evil? He basically brag about how he doesn’t need a reason to do anything, because he’s powerful. You’re god sounds like exactly like a barbaric god that people would have thought up 2000 years ago.

  17. RSstupidrules Says:

Do you have basic listening skills? The only moral obligations are those God put in place for people. Without God’s ruling, there is no wrong and right.

  18. RationalRoundtable Says:

I appreciate the sentiments of your video (although section 3 was a bit one sided) however I think that the discussions taking place in this very forum proves that we are not as tolerant of each others beliefs as one might want. I see a lot of disrespectful comments coming from both sides here. Truly we have a long way to go to achieve even your first section.

  19. hoodmilk Says:

LMAO. Please tell me you’re pretending to be religious, because what you said is actually frightening. That is very disturbing. So BASICALLY what you’re saying is. God can do ANYTHING, and it’s good because he’s god? Oh, please tell me you’re joking!
God is supposed to be all good yet he can’t seem to avoid doing the very things he himself says are evil. Why would he have evil traits if he’s all good?

  20. RSstupidrules Says:

Because HE creates the rules for US to follow. If God went and destroyed a whole city, it is not immoral for him to do so, becuase the only moral responsibility is on US PEOPLE

  21. hoodmilk Says:

Ezekiel 9:6 Slay utterly old and young, both maids and little children.
Hosea 9:14 give them a miscarrying womb and dry breasts.
    There are many more.
    All loving my ass!

  22. hoodmilk Says:

I Samuel 15:3 slay both man and woman, infant and suckling.
2 Kings 8:12 dash their children, and rip up their women with child.
2 Kings 15:16 all the women therein that were with child he ripped up.
Isaiah 13:16 Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses shall be spoiled and their wives ravished.
Isaiah 13:18 They shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb; their eyes shall not spare children.
Lamentations 2:20 Shall the women eat their fruit, and children.

  23. hoodmilk Says:

Did you even read the whole bible? Seriously. I’m not even trying to insult you. God loves Killing babies, allows, and orders people to kill babies, and children. Dozens of times. Compared to one time he stopped it.
Numbers 31:17 Now therefore kill every male among the little ones.
Deuteronomy 2:34 utterly destroyed the men and the women and the little ones.
Deuteronomy 28:53 And thou shalt eat the fruit of thine own body, the flesh of thy sons and of thy daughters.

  24. hoodmilk Says:

The last one was my favorite. How come if god says something it’s moral? LOL. He could do anything , and Christians say. “his ways are higher than ours” Well he sure don’t act like it. Does global infanticide sound like a solution to any rational, loving, empathetic person? I doubt it.

  25. ulthea Says:

    Hitman:

I suggest you read more of your bible, as you seem fairly uninformed.

Judges 11:29-40 (as JohnTraviss has pointed out).

    And more…

    Exodus 21:15
    Leviticus 20:9
    Deuteronomy 13:13-19

Just a few, don’t forget the Noah’s Arc fiasco or the plagues of Egypt.

Your God DOES order the death of children.
